Dr. Sangiv I. Patel is an experienced general dentist providing a full range of general, surgical, periodontal, endodontic, implant, cosmetic, and restorative dental care.

He has been dedicated to improving the health, aesthetic quality, and functionality of his patients’ lives throughout his longstanding career. With 30 years of clinical experience in the field of dentistry, Dr. Patel has set himself apart from his colleagues with his devotion to exploring state-of-the-art technology to further enhance the experience and effectiveness of each patient’s dental visit.

Along with his skilled team, he has been serving the greater Melbourne, FL area at his self-titled dental practice, Sangiv I. Patel, D.D.S., PA. since 1995.     Initially graduating from the Loyola University of Chicago as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 1989, Dr. Patel continued to obtain his Doctor of Dental Surgery four years later in 1993. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from his university on both occasions. Dr. Patel earned his Mastership in Dental Biometrics in 2009 from BioResearch, Inc. and an Associate Fellowship in the American Academy of Implant Dentistry in 2011.

  • Leadership

    Dr. Patel is a passionate dental professional and educator, recognized as a published author and national/international lecturer. He currently serves as a CE provider, instructor, and beta tester for BioResearch, Inc. and TekScan, and has collaborated with Carestream on Cone Beam CT technology. Additionally, he has worked with CEREC by Sirona as a CE provider and in-office trainer. Dr. Patel is a Tatum Mentor and has taught at The Advanced Dental Implant Institute in Puerto Rico, Loyola University of Chicago, and Eastern Florida State College. He is one of the first 30 clinicians worldwide to receive a Mastership in Dental Biometrics. As an officer for the Southern district of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID), he focuses on providing educational resources for implant dentistry professionals. Dr. Patel also offers dental implants and periodontal treatments to patients, along with a range of single-visit services, including emergency care, CEREC restorations, root canal therapy, tooth-colored fillings, dental bonding, contouring, and teeth whitening.
